Welcome to Aer Player ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Aer Player mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We are committed to collecting only what is strictly necessary to deliver and improve the App.

• Playlist URLs and IPTV credentials — Stored exclusively on your device. We never transmit or access your playlist data.
• App preferences and settings — Stored locally using secure on-device storage (Hive & Flutter Secure Storage).
• Advertising identifiers — Collected by Google AdMob for serving relevant ads (see Section 5). You can opt out via your device settings.
• Crash and performance data — Anonymous diagnostics to help us fix bugs and improve stability.
• In-app purchase receipts — Processed securely by the App Store or Google Play. We do not store payment card information.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Your viewing history or watch habits
• Your IPTV provider credentials beyond local device storage
• Your real name, address, or financial details
• Location data
• Contact lists or media library contents

4. How We Use Your Information

The limited data we collect is used only to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App
• Serve relevant advertisements through Google AdMob
• Process premium subscription purchases
• Diagnose crashes and technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Aer Player uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements to non-premium users. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

6. Premium Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Premium features are unlocked via subscriptions processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing is handled by the respective platform. We receive only a confirmation of purchase status — no payment card or billing address data is shared with us.

7. Children's Privacy

Aer Player is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete that information.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All sensitive information (such as IPTV credentials) is stored using Flutter Secure Storage, which leverages platform-level encryption (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). No sensitive data is transmitted to our servers.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — Advertising
• Apple App Store / Google Play — In-app purchases
• Chromecast (Google Cast SDK) — Screen casting

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to data processing for advertising purposes
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

Since most data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing App data in your device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
